Robert MacIntyre is the leading Scotsman in the game of golf, with the left-hander being a multiple winner on the DP World Tour.
After winning in what was just his second professional event, claiming the title at the Sahara Kuwait Championship, MacIntyre progressed to the European Challenge Tour, and then the DP World Tour for the 2019 season. He had two runners-up finishes that year, along with finishing T6 at the Open Championship, in his first major appearance.
MacIntyre claimed a maiden DP World Tour victory in 2020, winning the unique Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Showdown. Two years later, the Scot won again, taking victory at the DS Automobiles Italian Open at Marco Simone. After making the move to the PGA Tour, he was victorious at the RBC Canadian Open in 2024, with his father on the bag for him that week. Later that year, MacIntyre took an emotional victory on home soil at the Genesis Scottish Open, becoming the first Scot to win the title since 1999. He then won again on home soil a year later, taking victory at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, seven days on from helping Team Europe win the at Bethpage Black.
